Disclaimer is a seven-part limited series based on the book of the same name by Renée Knight.

Twenty years ago, Catherine vacationed in Italy with her husband and young son. When her husband left early for work, Catherine had a fiery, brief affair with a fellow traveler. Now, she’s a successful documentarian who is still married and hoping her now adult son finds his way, and moves out of their house. When a book shows up at her doorstop chronicling the affair, her world turns upside down. As her family and coworkers find out the ‘real her,’ she almost loses everything. But who wrote the mysterious book? And what will Catherine do to make him go away?

The twist in this thriller is brilliant and well-executed. Highly recommend watching this one on Apple TV.
